Return Policy

In-store purchases:

At Little Racks, we prioritise making our customers happy, and hope they love what they purchase from us. If for any reason you feel that your purchase isn’t quite right for you, you are more than welcome to exchange it within 14 days for something else available in store. If you cannot find something suitable, we will offer you a credit note, to be redeemed within 12 months of issue.

We cannot accept returns or exchange of sale items or jewellery, unless they are faulty or damaged in some way. All sale items are final.

 

Online purchases:

We understand that shopping online can be difficult at times. For full-priced purchases made online, we will offer an exchange, refund or credit note if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Please note, we will only accept returns on items 14 days after delivery.
